−the all you can eat buffet made enough for only one searving and there was a line waiting 45 minutes for spaghetti. the only meal offered.

+I liked the historic aspects of the hotel. I thought it was interesting that the pool was on the second floor. I liked the meals I ate there. They were good and felt homey. I appreciated the convenience. I appreciated the woman who brought me a plunger for my bathroom when I needed it. I appreciated the gentleman at the front desk who brought toilet paper for me. I liked the location. It was convenient to the main street and the things I was in town to see and do. I parked my car when I arrived and I did not feel the need to move it during my stay.
−I had no idea that I had to pay for wifi. Did I? If I had to, nobody told me that....I was given the password when I checked in. Unfortunately, my wifi did not work on Saturday night when I went to use it. I left early on Sunday, because I had no wifi. (When I mentioned this to a friend, she said some hotels are purposely shutting down wifi, so that people socialize????) I do not know if it was user error, my computer would not connect to a public network, if the wifi was down, or ????. I did not like that there was no sign about breakfast posted. Because I ate dinner in the hotel the night before, I figured there was a charge, but others who were eating breakfast did not know that. Because there was no hostess on the way into the dining room when we entered, other guests thought the breakfast was complimentary. They were very surprised by the $17 charge. When I arrived, I was told that the elevator was not working. For me, that was not a big deal, but if my parents had come, it would have been a problem. It seemed to be working again on Saturday. When I arrived, I was told to put the shower curtain in the bathtub, so I was anticipating having a bathtub. There was no bath tub. That

+Didn’t have the breakfast. Location is huge plus….right at the heart of all things Bisbee.
−I was never able to get on the internet which meant, among other things, that I was unable to do pre boarding stuff on my flight out….CQ was never designed to accommodate those conveniences that have become almost indispensable to our lives. Parking was a challenge but the narrow crowded streets are part of the historical charm.

“Worst hotel experience I've ever had.”
−The hotel overbooked and did not have a room for us. We were not notified in advance. We arrived at night, after a 5 hour drive, only to find out we had nowhere to stay. They didn't apologize or offer any other alternatives, knowing that the entire town was fully booked and we would have no place to stay that night. They also made sure to tell me that sleeping in your car is illegal, before turning around and walking away. We were not the only people in this situation. I go to Bisbee every year, and I will never book this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

+Nothing hotel canceled my reservation last minute. I asked for assistance getting another hotel, staff said no they don’t have the time.
−Staff didn’t off any other accommodations just canceled my reservation. Staff just didn’t care just saying things happen.

“They cancel my reservation I made in February blaming booking.com for overbooking this weekend.”
−The Copper Queen blamed booking.com for canceling my reservation I made in February and I have an email confirmation from the Copper Queen approving my reservation! So The Copper Queen called a few weeks before my stay saying they had overbooked the date of my stay and canceled my reservation. This is the weekend of a large event in Bisbee. They had a could care-less attitude that this cancellation greatly impacted my trip. They said they have had issues with booking.com for a while. I would not recommend them.
