+I really enjoyed my stay at Cooper Hotel! My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal, within walking distance of everything. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel
−The steep staircase at the entrance, which can be a bit challenging, especially with luggage.

+Alles war toll, vom schnellen Check in, die jederzeit wunderbare Kommunikation mit dem Personal - vor allem Karin - aber auch alle anderen waren jederzeit für uns da, egal mit welchem Anliegen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. An der Rezeption gibt es Wasser, verschiedene Tees und Coca Bonbons. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und groß mit Kühlschrank und Safe ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist auch super. Ich bedanke mich vielmals für die wunderschöne Zeit und kann die Unterkunft mit den wunderbarem Personal herzlich weiterempfehlen.

+Das Frühstück und die Lage sind hervorragend. Auch Informationen bezüglich Touren waren sehr gut
−Einige Zimmer haben kein Fenster nach draußen. Die Fenster gehen dann zum Gang oder Lichtschacht. Für eine Übernachtung okay.

+Absolutamente TODO es un lugar perfectamente ubicada cerca de Plaza de Armas y el personal mas que amable SIEMPRE nos preparaban Lunch para nuestros tours y siempre habia disponible infusiones y tes para poderlos disfrutar. El desayuno en el lugar mas que completo. Queremos en verdad agradecer las atenciones de Karen, Julio, Eliazar, Jean y las chicas de limpieza del cuarto. Nos sentimos totalmente como en casa y despues de los cansados tours, era una maravilla volver a este hermoso hotel a descansar. Si tuviera 20 la calificación seguro lo pondría. GRACIAS 🥰 🇲🇽🤝🇵🇪

+Bom hotel, ótima localizacao!! Café da manha espetacular e os lanchinhos de passeio quando é antes do café são muito bons também.
−Janela do quarto dá para a cozinha do restaurante ao lado, não dá pra abrir pq o quarto fica fedendo e nao tem ar condicionado.
