“Uitstekend hotel op korte afstand van de binnenstad met ruime parkeervoorzieningen en top restaurant”
+Service was uitstekend, zowel in het hotel als het restaurant. Hoewel de kamers misschien wat 'uniek' er uit zien zijn ze ruim, handig opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast waren ze schoon en werd alles zorgvuldig onderhouden door de housekeeping. Ten opzichte van andere hotels in de stad is er zeer veel (gratis) parking in de buurt en voorzien (onder) het hotel. De oude binnenstad is op loopafstand (15-20 minuten) en de biergarten en het restaurant zijn uitstekend.
−Er waren slechts 2 kleine dingen die ons tegenvielen: de WiFi op de kamer was niet erg goed en viel vaak weg middenin de kamer, en het feit dat we niet waren geïnformeerd over de sluiting van het restaurant in de weekeinden omdat we buiten het hoofdseizoen kwamen. Dit zijn echter slechts kleinigheden en hebben voor ons niets afgedaan aan het verblijf.

“Absolutely worth the money!”
+My room on the fifth floor, which was the top floor, had a small kitchen and a refrigerator. It was very quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable and gave me a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was a bit standard, but still very good. They even made two sunny-side-up eggs for me. I was able to park my bicycle downstairs in the garage, which was very convenient.

+Really nice welcoming staff. Continental breakfast is excellent. The hotel looks old from outside but has a very warm friendly interior. Rooms are large. Like many hotels in Europe the aircon is either just hot or just cold (depending on time of year). In our case the room was too hot but we solved that by leaving windows open during the night which made it very comfortable. Underground parking is free and connects directly to the hotel. Good location for river walks down the Moselle
−Wifi didnt work well. Otherwise a perfect stay.

+Hotel was easy to find and has good parking. Our room was comfortable. So glad to have A/C in the room. Really enjoyed the beer garden in the backyard.
−Decor was having an identity crises. Weird mix of traditional, a few antiques, some things modern, then added pop culture. Any of the above is good. But mix them all together? Hotel is trying too hard to be trendy and cool. Identity crises is the only way I can describe it.

−Langwieriger CheckIn. Frühstück nicht über Portal buchbar, nur an der Rezeption. Preisaufschlag wenn Frühstück kurzfristig gebucht wird.

“Hotel aisément accessible, acceuillant, confortable. Excellent pour visiter Coblencer et la région.”
+Une architecture particulière, une décoration pour le moins originale, on se sent vite très à l'aise ! Chambre confortable, spacieuse, bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, le petit-déjeuner très varié avec des produits de qualité, restaurant apprécié. Parking souterrain et connexion wifi impeccable. Nous apprécions également l’accueil des chiens.
+The staffs are excellent: thoughtful, friendly & quick to respond. There was a lady at the counter trying her best attempt to help us to purchase some train tickets while our credit card was rejected (twice!). And great design of the hotel, both exterior and interior

+The location is good with the river behind the property, the staff were amazing, and the dinner atmosphere and food were very good. There was plenty of parking.
−I think that the breakfast could have been much better. There is plenty of space in dinning area to spread things out a little more. I think a better hot menu is a must, having just three choices of hot food is not a good decision.
