+Das Konzept zur Kinderförderung und die Architektur des Hotel sind etwas Besonderes. Auch die ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur ist wirklich zum Genießen.
−Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, spartanisch eingerichtet und das Bad ist mini. Ein Fernseher gibt es ebensowenig, wie einen Schrank. Im Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen gibt es einen Holzstuhl. Der Service - vor allem im Restaurant - ist einfach nur schlecht, man fühlt sich in keinem Moment wirlich willkommen. Die Unfreudlichkeit der Kellner war richtig unangenehm.

+Our stay at Concept Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is stunning, surrounded by the beautiful mountains and breathtaking views of Lori. The hotel itself is modern, peaceful, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive, always ready to help and make sure we felt comfortable. The hospitality was genuine and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and breakfast was simply perfect, with a great selection and delicious dishes. Every meal was a pleasure! What makes Concept Hotel even more special is its social mission. Knowing that your stay supports COAF’s work and educational opportunities for children and young people in rural Armenia adds a deeper meaning to the experience. It’s wonderful to see a place that combines outstanding hospitality with such an important purpose. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily recommend Concept Hotel to anyone looking for a unique getaway in Armenia. We will definitely be back!

“Not quite worth the price”
+The place is really beautiful, the surroundings are great
−1. The water pressure was extremely poor. 2. The smell in the room was disturbing, however, our friends’ room didn’t have any bad smell, so it was just our room’s issue. 3. The breakfast was ok, but stuff didn’t clean up the tables, so by the end of the breakfast, there were no clean tables.
