+Nice room with a table and 2 chairs, comfortable bed, nice bedside lamps, good price.
−The "hot" breakfast only included waffles, but there were several other options,

+Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, shower head was good height for me to stand under. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast Was decent, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc. Ley locks worked well. Has microwave and mini frig. Thankful for access from the street in back. Quiet location.
−Road construction from highway makes it difficult to get in from the north. Glad you could go out the back side. The clock cube you could plug into to charge electronics either didn't work or was very slow, had to use 110v adapter

+The front desk staff, I believe her name was Sally - was very accommodating and listened to our needs and concerns.
−Breakfast selections could be better. Lemon-ginger tea is not a real option for tea-drinkers.

−The smell in the room was horrible. Smelled like cat urine. Barely anything for breakfast. Juice dispenser had nothing in it.
