“Among the worst experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend it at all”
−One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite paying more than what was originally agreed, the management forced us to leave early in the morning, claiming they had a booking, even though we still had four days left on our reservation after already staying three nights. The staff were extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I was even forced to call the police due to the situation and had to change hotels in the middle of the day. Completely unacceptable and poorly managed. I do not recommend this place at all.”

“There are lot of options in the vicinity, either go for the brands in zamalek area or just book a hotel for a day online”
+Location is really good, its easy to find good restaurants, night life is really good in the area, specially around ramadan
−Property washroom was stinky, rooms were decent but there wasn’t regular house cleaning and the breakfast wasn’t good for foreigners.

−Quando siamo arrivati gli hanno dato una camera senza bagno…Che gli avevo già pagato su booking una camera con bagno.Gli ho fatto vedere il pagamento e ho detto che era incluso il bagno.Ma hanno detto che forse era qualche problema nel sito di booking.com.Quindi ho pagato 70€ in più per avere una camera con bagno.

−Rooms could use slippers. Bath cabinet could be bit cleaner (was bit smelly to me). You will need to have ur own shampoo and conditioner. But for the money and compared to other residencies with same price range, this hotel is the best.
