+Everything.. Lovely, bright, clean unit. Very comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen ( we decided to cook dinner so popped down to the nearby supermarket ) . Nespresso machine, chocolate fish & a bottle of "real" milk. Good quality toiletries Very friendly owner. Easy to find on the main road into town.

+Super friendly family run business. Crikey, amazing to find such a feel-good, old school, kiwi operation. If you come with the right attitude, you'll feel like you're staying with rellies! Simon seems a good-sort kiwi, nothing is too much of a bother, we'll sort it out! Not that I had any problems, on my two stays in one week! Highly recommend.
−Road is a bit busy but I guess all NZ motels have to be on a busy road to be noticed! Nature of the beast.
