+Mehmet was an amazing consiege. He was always smiling, knew our names. He offered us great places to visit and dine. Answered all our questions. Offered us coffee when we arrived and allowed us to go to our room early. Loved to Hotel. Clean quiet, good breakfast.

+Mehmet adındaki görevli bizimle çok ilgilendi, bu muhteşem ilgi için teşekkür ederim, otel bünyesinde böyle bi çalışan ve ilgi için 🙏🏼🌸 Onun dışında tesis temizliği iyiydi, kahvaltı seçmemiştim, lokasyon olarak Münih tren istasyonuna çok yakın olması uçaktan inip hemen otele gelmemize ve tekrar başka şehir için yolculuk etmemizde çok işe yaradı, (4 dk) old towna da 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde, eşyalarımızı check-inden önce alıp keyrooma koyduk.

+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay and wonderful service! I had a really pleasant stay at Cocoon München Stachus! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely atmosphere. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my time here. A special thanks to Mehmet at the reception! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. His warm hospitality made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

“Super schön, wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!”
+Die Atmosphäre war sehr gut wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal und das Frühstück sind super! Man ist in 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt gelaufen und das Parkhaus ist nicht weit weg.

“Gut gelegenes Hotel zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt, perfekt für einen Städtetrip mit der Bahn.”
+Gute Lage, vom Hauptbahnhof schnell zu erreichen, ruhiges Zimmer mit ordentlicher Verdunklung. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
−Balkon hatte ein Gerüst davor, Aufzug lässt teilweise recht lange auf sich warten

“Für 1 Nacht vollkommen okay”
+Lage super, nur unweit vom Hauptbahnhof und super praktisch für einen Stadtbummel.
−Die Lüftungsanlage außerhalb des Zimmers lief die ganze Nacht. leider war es nicht möglich bei dieser Lautstärke mit offenem Zimmer zu schlafen. Vor dem Fenster war ein Baugerüst aufgebaut. Sehr schlechter Ausblick

“Estancia muy agradable”
+Hotel con habitacion acogedora y cama muy amplia, perfecto para dos personas. Ducha amplia con agua caliente y buena presión. El hotle dispone de maquinas de cafe y agua que se pueden usar sienore uqe se quiera, es muy comodo y el café está bueno. Ubicación centrica a 2 min andando de la estación central (Hauptbanhof) y a 15 min del centor de Munich andando. Personal muy amable y servicial.
−En general todo perfecto, la distribución general de la habitación es un poco rara pero es funcional así que te acabas acostumbrando. La zona de alrededor de la estación no es la mejor, pero para pasar la noche es suficiente, el hotel esta en una calle muy tranquila y muy cerca de la boca del metro.
