+Absolutely Appalling Experience - Avoid This Hotel I booked and paid for my stay at this hotel in Blackpool online, for the night of 26th October to 27th October. Our check-in time was 4 pm, and we arrived promptly at that time, only to find that there was nobody there to answer the door or let us in. We were left standing outside for 48 minutes with no communication or assistance whatsoever. Eventually, a lady from the neighbouring property came out and kindly went to get a manager from a different hotel to help us. Even the manager from the other hotel tried contacting the manager of our booked hotel, who I believe was called Jane, but they couldn’t get hold of her either. As a result, we were given a room in the other hotel, and the condition of that room was absolutely vile. The shared toilet was constantly full of poo, the bunk bed was broken, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The walls were covered in black smudges, the carpet smelt absolutely foul, and there were countless marks throughout the room. The overall cleanliness and condition were completely unacceptable. We had already paid for our booking, yet we were left outside in the cold, unable to access the accom

+Room and bathroom was clean the hotel was fragrant the owner was helpful letting me keep my luggage there until my coach arrived it's near everything it's quiet will definitely be back

−There was no heating rooms were really small, room 1 had a leak ing the toilet which led to the carpet in the bedroom being soaking wet, the shower is tiny perfect for a child. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again.

“I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody it was cold no hot water to get washed my room was cold and shabby”
