+Excelente localização. Tamanho da acomodação muito bom e confortável.
−Faltam armários. Para duas pessoas dificulta a colocar os ternos e camisas que não podem amassar. Falta blackout nas janelas (entra claridade no quarto). Mas o pior é que não tem arrumação no quarto, troca de toalhas e, nem mesmo, reposição de sabão e de papel higiênico.

“The quality does not reflect the price I paid.”
+The staff was amazing and communications were good before and during our stay.
−The property is very dated. While our room was large, they didn’t service it while we were there and the tv was purposefully locked down so we couldn’t use our streaming subscriptions. The breakfast was included but not very good so not worth it. I appreciated they had 2 electric car chargers but they were in high demand so recommend a system to make it easier for guests to use.

+Location was close to our business meeting. The staff was helpful.
−The bathroom fan was so noisy. It does need a renewal.
+Beds clean and comfy. Nice, quiet location. Clean tub and sink. Big yard to throw a ball for the dog.
−Biscuits were overcooked or overheated. Too hard to eat!!!

+The place was nice, the pool and spa worked, which is rare for 3 star hotels. Nice area, plenty of dining around. Overall, nice place, nice location, nice staff.
−The one thing that was lacking was breakfast. Those microwave egg pouches are gross. But then again, I dont think you have too many out of town contractors coming in, and tourists dont think about breakfast that hard.
