“Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, comfortable rooms and excellent soundproofing. With a little more attention”
+We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, right next to the metro station, and just one stop away from the airport, which is extremely convenient if you have a flight the following day. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had both a shower and a bathtub, which was a lovely bonus. Another big plus was the excellent soundproofing. Despite the hotel’s proximity to the airport and a construction site right next to the building during our stay, we couldn’t hear any noise inside the room. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient hotel, especially for travellers with early flights. Highly recommended!
−There are, however, a couple of areas that could be improved. The carpet in the room had visible stains and would definitely benefit from professional deep cleaning. The same applies to the sofa bed mattress. I work in an industry where I tend to notice these details, and I believe a little more attention to deep cleaning would make a big difference. The breakfast was excellent, but unfortunately, it is served only until 10:00 AM. As we arrived late and were travelling as a family, getting up in time for breakfast was a little challenging. I understand that the hotel probably focuses on guests staying overnight between connecting flights, but not all travellers arrive from the same time zone or have the same sleeping schedule. Extending breakfast hours slightly would be a great improvement.

“Unexpectedly good”
+Everything went well as expected. Bed is big, amenities are great (Rituals), great staff and good breakfast. Just one train stop from the airport. Very accessible. Quite far from Helsinki City.
−The key card suddenly stopped working when I was about to check out. I had to go up and down from the 8th floor just to make sure the key card worked. It was just a bummer at the end of an otherwise good stay.
