“Value for money, top location”
+Location sown by the river and next to Langley Park was perfect. The staff were very helpful from booking to departing. We needed luggage storage for the day of departure and the guy went above and beyond to help with that. Beds were comfy, kitchenette useful. Cheapest motel laundry we experienced . $2 each wash, dry and powder.

“run down facility in great location”
+Floors, bedding and bathroom were clean
−Room was very basic, thin mattress, thin sheets, dirty ceiling light fittings, exposed wires on electrical fittings, loose lamp connections x 2. No lift on site for accessibility - had to lug suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. No access to reception through security gate, had to wait for a guest to arrive before I could get in to check in.

−No towels provided aside floor mat and a hand towel. Main bed was uncomfortable. Staircase [outside room] dirty and unpresentable.

+Fabulous location. Staff were helpful and kind. I was initially concerned about the communication as I was checking in out of hours but had a very timely response when contacting the after hours staff member. I was very tired and she was very understanding! Clean. Realistic description and matched the photos.
−The toilet ran continuously so I turned it off at the tap when not in use- needs fixing! Otherwise… it was dated but fine, especially for the price. Soundproofing not great (could hear when neighbours showering) but surprisingly quiet overnight. Could be a problem if you have inconsiderate neighbours.
