“Fantastic location, big room, decent breakfast. Would stay here again.”
+Sensational location near the Namba station and the Kuromon markets. Very generous size room, very helpful staff, great shower, decent breakfast with some gf options (ask for the bread rolls but watch out for the fried hot food), lots of washing/drying machines and a good guest kitchen area. I would stay here again.
−No complaints.

“Excellent stay in Osaka”
+We stayed at the Citadines Namba for three nights during our trip to Japan. We had booked a premium double but then had an option to upgrade to a one-bedroom double for a very good price. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and even had a washing machine which was great as we were able to do our laundry. The hotel is centrally located but quiet as well. The staff were very friendly and we really appreciated being able to get into our room on arrival at 12.30. The hotel has a nice bar for an evening drink. We really enjoyed our stay at Citadines and would recommend it.

“Spacious hotel near Namba and transportation options”
+Citadines Namba is a really lovely hotel in an excellent location. My husband and I were in Japan for our honeymoon and the hotel gave us a card and drinks vouchers to use at the bar. The room was quite a nice size, compared to other places we stayed in Japan. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was excellent for shopping in Den Den Town, hopping around to various food places and bars in Namba, and there were a few metro stations within 10-15 min walk. We used the laundry facilities there, which were clean and easy to use. I'd definintely recommend Citadines Namba to others staying in Osaka who wanted to be near Namba and good transportation options.
