+I love it that there is so much to do especially for the kids. They had a lot of freedom too run around and do different things with really no curfew by the lodge.
−Spiders in cabin windows. Wasps at decks.
+The staff was super nice and accommodating, we arrived late for dinner but they kindly kept it warm and waited for us. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable, the whole grounds were lovely and quiet. We also enjoyed the fame room and the pool.
−Our cabin was great but the ladder to the upstairs gallery was a bit hard to manage.

+ウェルカムギフトやドリンクが子供達も私もとても嬉しかったです。スタッフの方はみんなとてもフレンドリーで優しくヘルプしてくれました。宿代に夕飯、朝食が含まれており、その心配をしなくて良かったのが子連れにはとてもありがたかったです。子供達も食べやすいメニューでした。部屋はキレイで広かったです。テレビがあって隙間時間も困りませんでした。部屋からの景色は素晴らしく、夕焼けと朝の清々しい空気を楽しめました。とても静かな環境でリフレッシュできました。
−本当に良くなかった点はほとんどありません。あえて言うならですが、夜スモアができたり、馬に餌やりができると言う情報がチェックインの際に案内がなかったので、案内があったら予定に入れやすかったかなと思いました。

“This should have been a 5 star hotel for the price. It turned out to be a 3 star.”
+The food was excellent as was the server who helped us. We were quite surprised to find out that we were the only guests at this facility. There was only 1 more person and she did not partake in the bar or lounge at all. We felt very strange having a dining room that would hold approximately 75 to 100 people all by ourselves. No one came to offer a glass of wine or cocktail. WE enjoyed our dinner then returned to our room to watch TV.
−When we first arrived and went to cabin # 12, the room was extremely hot. We tried to fix the problem but it wouldn't cool down. We were advised to move to another cabin. We were moved to cabin # 7 which also didn't have the air on. Each of the cabins are on a slight hill and steps are the only was to access them. It is a rather steep for anyone who is also carrying bags. My husband is 84 and I'm 83 both not in great shape. I asked if there was someone who could help us and was told to wait until someone could be found. There were other concerns we had and conveyed them to the owner. How can there only be 2 guests on a summer weekend?

+Tolles Hotel auf unserer Rundreise. Ruhig gelegen und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Toller Pool und Whirlpool. Ausserdem gab es noch Poolbilliard, Tischtennis und Tischkicker. Für unsere Kids der Hit. Zum Abendessen gabs Fisch oder Rippchen mit Kartoffelgratin, Gemüse und Maisbrot. Und als Nachtisch Apfelkuchen. Tolles Hotel...
