−Opções do café da manhã. Tivemos que pagar valor extra por prato de frutas ou iogurte no café da manhã porque não podia substituir nem escolher outra opção que não fosse pão de entrada além dos ovos.

“A huge dissatisfaction and disappointment”
+The location is excelent
−Definitely not worth the money we paid for the stay in the villa. It was a huge disappointment, compared what we experienced 1,5 years ago. The service and food in barro cocina is a disaster, have to ask for basics, it’s not service and food expected in that price level. Difficult to understand the michelin guide star, it’s in every promo, tye disappointing experience whit that restaurant. Not even mention one night without water in the villa.

“Beautiful setting but fell short for a Michelin rating.”
+Beautiful setting. Staff was friendly and Luca the dog was a bonus. Matias created an itinerary to make our stay more enjoyable.
−Sewage odor both in the room and the restaurant. We requested transfer to airport and the car sent was not sufficient for 4 people and luggage. This resort falls far short of a Michelin 5 star level. Staff is not trained for customer service other than Matias. In addition fruits, cheese and nuts that are laid out for breakfast are not easily accessible.

−Nosso quarto estava com o vidro quebrado e a cortina não funcionava direito. O banheiro é diferente, o chuveiro molha o banheiro todo .Não atrapalhou mas pelo valor da acomodação esperávamos este cuidado .
