−The room that given to me had no water but I was given another room which was perfect. Also, staff noise from the corridors was annoying.

+It was a good accessible location
−They didn’t honour the booking on Booking.com, they didn’t hold the reservation because I didn’t pay on Booking.com, but I had no way to pay on Booking.com. I was flying when they tried to call me. I tried calling back, but they had cancelled the reservation. They attempted to take me to a second location that was awful. When I went there, there was no mattress on the bed frame, although it was getting sorted. But the second location was old and a far cry from what I had ordered. I didn’t stay, and it was overall an awful experience.
