“My three nights there were so bad.”
−I didn't like the way I treated by the time I was checking out, front desk staff was so rude, she didn't check well the stains, and she was accused me that I leave the stains on towels, of which was not true. For real I was so scared of the services, no stay over services, no replenishment of amenities, fans had dust, window and doors had dusts, guests are making noises, lots of Music, ....I will never, never, never go there again.

+The location was ok, but unfortunately the overall experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, transparency, or customer service.
−The room was poorly maintained and unclean, with dirty windows and floors, dust, food crumbs, discoloured bedding, and an unpleasant smell. There was also black material resembling mould. Other issues included a bathroom door that would not close, an unstable table, and a refrigerator door that could not fully open. There were also unexpected charges. Before the stay, the hotel confirmed by phone that the cash deposit would be $450 and that there would be no additional charges. However, an extra $60 cash-deposit handling fee was later charged for two nights. At checkout, another $21 was deducted from the deposit for an allegedly stained towel. Despite repeated requests, the hotel did not provide receipts for these charges or a satisfactory explanation. Attempts to resolve the issue by phone and email were unsuccessful. Overall, the poor room conditions, unexpected fees, and lack of transparency made this a very disappointing experience.

−Перед приїздом наш син телефонував до готелю й розмовляв з адміністратором. Він запитав, чи можливе заселення без канадської кредитної картки, і йому сказали, що це не буде проблемою, а депозит можна залишити готівкою. При заселенні 21 жовтня ми внесли готівкою депозит 505,50 $. У реєстраційній формі вказано лише 450 $, квитанції на повну суму нам не видали, цю передачу грошей бачив сторонній свідок. Різницю в 55,50 $ ніхто не пояснив. Коли ми попросили з'єднати нас з адміністратором, який давав інформацію по телефону, працівники відмовили. Номер виглядає так, ніби в ньому взагалі не робили ремонту. Меблі хиткі й дуже старі, поверхні зношені, оздоблення застаріле. Постіль була сірого кольору, а рушники при заселенні були в поганому стані. При цьому готель вимагає повертати білизну в бездоганному стані й погрожує штрафами, якщо рушники не білосніжні. Такі вимоги недоречні, коли самі гості отримують таку білизну. У коридорах і на балконах було брудно. Персонал неприязний. Звукоізоляції практично немає, сусідів чути всю ніч. Підсумок: Нікому не раджу тут зупинятися, особливо іноземним гостям, яким можуть озвучити одні умови, а на місці виставити інші.

+Location is great. Only 1 staff member was friendly and helpful. The building is in shambles, luckily our room was clean and surprised us compared to looking at the building. The people though....omg NO. Zombies everywhere, prostitutes, lots of drugs and fighting. You hear everything through the walls. I feel like a lot of these people live here, and its all alcohol and drugs. Cheap yes, safe no, comfortable no.

“Get rid of the homeless and could be a decent low cost hotel.”
+Convenient location.
−been used as a homeless shelter, where you have drug zombies all over, people sitting outside talking and smoking right outside window, so can't open window or room would get filled with smoke. Had a 12 hr drive the next day and at 11pm I had to tell people outside my room shut up but they did not .
