+Замечательнийший отель, который я посетила в сентябре 2026 года, в очередной раз. Весь персонал отеля, встретил меня, как дорогого и родного им человека, было ощущение, что приехала, как к себе домой, после длительной отлучки. Все работники отеля добрые и отзывчивые, а расположение отеля на горе и панорамный вид из него на горы, реку, долину, город, просто волшебный, самое лучшее место для своей внутренней перезагрузки, для возвращения своего внутреннего спокойствия, всё просто для этого здесь есть, это место, где можно отключиться на время, от всей городской суеты, домашних, бытовых и рабочих дел и посвятить время именно восстановлению своего внутреннего, душевного и физического спокойствия. Вид из номера отеля, просто шикарен, у меня был номер, где я утром просто открывала балкон и лёжа, с кровати, наблюдала за изумительной красоты, восходом солнца, это просто были моменты, которые вернувшись домой я вспоминаю только с искренней радостью, интересом и теплом в душе. В этот раз я останавливалась в этом отеле на 3 ночи, с завтраками и уезжать совсем не хотелось. Надеюсь, что я ещё и не один раз, вернусь в этот отель. “Amazing views over Dumbara valley!”
+Top value of this hotel is the excellent staff. They were very kind to us and very courteous. Manager Manjula was an excellent communicator who is a real assset of this hotel. The others were very nice too, doing their best to keep the guests happy despite trying conditions of the property.
−The property is showing its age. Many things that should work are not working properly. Door locks to balcony are not working properly, water pressure in bathrooms very poor, dining hall has creeping bugs and gets wet in the rain. Owners need to invest more for this property pretty soon or else it would be beyond repairs. It is a shame because the property location is one of the best - the panaromic views over the Dumbara Valley is one of the best Ive ever seen in Sri Lanka.

“Great view and nice buffet breakfast.”
+Very good view near the summit. Nice buffet breakfast but not certain when buffet or ala carte would be served.
−The drive up is quite difficult given the very narrow lanes and poor signage. GPS will lead you to the wrong place. Room was not so clean with waste bin full and not cleared when we checked in.
+Incredible view of the surroundings. Nice personell, very nice, new looking hotel.
−Be aware that the accommodation is on big hil, so it is harder to get TukTuks or drivers. Mediocre breakfast.
