+L’emplacement était bien, on a rencontré un monsieur très sympas sur place.
−L’eau chaude beugait, très mal isolé, pas de miroir pour pour se raser, assez cher pour la chambre assez vieillissante. Serrure qui accroche pas mal.

+I like the location because it is near buses and train stations and so convenient to go from different places. There were also many groceries so you can buy and cook your food at home..They also provide cooking oil , salt and pepper for cooking.
−I didn't like the toilet because it has an odor smell. Also the kitchen is very small and the kitchen cabinet does not look sanitized. The towels looked dirty and the indoor slippers are old and dirty. Its difficult to eat meals of 6 person in a very low and small table and sofa. Maybe you need to improve the hygiene of the apartment. It's not comfortable to stay after getting tired of the tours. It is better if you provide new towels and disposal slippers. Also try to put at least a washing machine.

+The customer care person was very quick in help in things.
−Photos on the booking.com was not clear. It wasn't clear how the room will be. And how many people can accommodate. Photos are taken with wide angle so they are actually smaller. you can't open 3 bags without running out of space.

“Comfortable stay, 15mins walk from iriya station, 1 min from laundromat”
+15mins walk to iriya station. Quiet place. Easy access to laundromat. Kitchen had necessary dishes. Response time for my questions before and during the stay was very very fast. Clear instructions about directions, checking and checkout. Great find for the price.
−Access to the bathroom is from the kitchen. light from the kitchen disturbs in the bedroom every time we use the bathroom since it was auto sensor light. Other than this everything was good.

“Love the Location and the environment”
+The location as we got the ground level & lots of good food ( family marts, 7E and also supermarket ). Not to mention the hospitality that we received when we arrived it was only 2pm we thought that we could leave the bag 1st and come back when its time to check in but the owner just let us in early. Thank you ☺️
−Only for those with small kids the Metro subway Hibiya - Iriya Station (10 min) walk while JR subway - Uguisudani Station (20 min). If traveling without kids i think it would be just fine.
