−The man in the restaurant was extremely rude . Shouted at me for putting the serving utensils back on the wrong plate. Light in the bathroom in did not work.

“A great hotel for your stay in Prague if you want to explore the city center on foot without relying on public transport”
+We were very happy with our stay! The hotel isn’t the newest, but everything was well-maintained, and we had no issues during our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast was hearty and more than enough to start the day, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

−very day, the older gentleman dressed in black who controlled breakfast access was rude and disrespectful, repeatedly correcting, mocking, and testing my English pronunciation, making me feel humiliated. He wore no name badge. While other staff were kind, his behavior made breakfast unpleasant throughout my stay. Please report this to hotel management.

+La ubicacion extraordinaria .La habitacion tenia lo necesario para descansar bien ( colchon y almohada comodas) Limpieza adecuada. El desayuno solo eche de menos mas variedad de fruta, por lo demas adecuado. Personal muy atento y agradable. Si volviera a Praga ...volveria a este hotel.

“Central Hotel is near all shops, cafes, etc. Would go there again.”
