+Both staff were excellent; very pleasant and nothing was a problem for them - thanks so much! While the premises were a little older, they were sparkling clean - not easy in this type of property. We had heaps of room, a very large bathroom and were very comfortable. Meals were fabulous in the bar.

+The accommodation was changed and we ended up in Milton as there was a problem from there end. We appreciated the people finding us some more accommodation on short notice
−It was a truckers stop not really suitable for a family, fortunately the boys were teenagers and they could sleep in separate rooms without a problem.

−Tv was complete crap - needs a better system , suspect the “trust” is too tight to install a better system, It’s 2025 and I would expect a tv system that worked as soon as you switched it on

−No heating had been turned on prior to our arrival, which meant it was freezing, and took a very long time to warm up, which made for uncomfortable time.
