+Nice kitchen and bathroom
−No elevator
+Good location and all required facilities in the room. Apartment was clean and spacious.
−Furniture is all looking a bit tired (especially the kitchen) and bathroom needs a lick of paint.

“Great place in a great location”
+Facilities were great, ideal for us. Location was excellent, most things were within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and the cat was friendly. Loved the outdoor area by the pool - tables and BBQ etc. The staff even offered to help carry our luggage out when checking out - great!
−We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift, would have made life a little easier. Our dryer did not work but they did give us coins for the guest laundry

+The apartment was really nice and comfortable. A refrigerator that had broken shelves and didn't work well was replaced quickly . Pool and garden area was lovely and well maintained. Overall a really great place to stay

+スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで親切だった。 日本語で話しかけてくれて、分からないことも全部答えてくれた。 事前にメールして早朝に荷物も預かってくれたし、少し早めにチェックインもしてくれて助かった。 ロケーションも良く、10分くらい歩けばなんでもある立地。 部屋も広かったので友達と自由に寛げた。
−強いてあげればシャンプーやボディソープ、タオル交換や清掃がない点。 でも口コミでその情報を知った上で泊まったので何も困らなかった。

“We would definately book again if we travel back to Cairns”
+We stayed for 5 nights in a self contained one bedroom apartment. Location was perfect and felt safe. Acommodation was easy to find. Everything was within walking distance. Room was a great size and layout was good. Staff were friendly. Cat was adorable..
