+The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The curtians blacked out all the light, and helped keep the room cool. Hussain was very helpful and kind, and the villa inside was very beautiful.

“Great location”
+Great location. Close to restaurants and beach. The owner was friendly and helpful. He is also an Uber driver, so airport transportation was easy.
−Coffee shop next door and the best tacos across the street. Easy walk to the beautiful beach.
“I felt safe, saved some money by having the small kitchen and met some great people.”
+The construction is not easy to deal with. It is not pleasant to be at the property during the day BUT at night the balcony is comfortable and safe. It is a great place to interact with the other guests! Nice for someone traveling alone.

+Hassan picked me up Sayulita drove me to Puerto Vallarta.Amazing shuttle service.He moved my reservation back 2 days.My rating of this place isn't 10 out if 10.My rating is 25 out of 10.Kitchen is shared.But I wasn't there to cook.With so many restaurants.But it was a great way to meet the other guests there.There are only 5 rooms there.So book ahead.Hassam thankyou again.For your amazing place

−La habitación limpia. Lo demás le falta mantenimiento y aseo. El cobro para el uso del a/c debe estar en la tarifa total incluido, no que te lo cobren llegando .

“Anything that wasn’t perfect were made up by having enjoyable neighbours in the other three suites, with whom we shared”
+The owner/manager makes everything feel like family. Our room was fine… nice size, big tv with Netflix, private bathroom and shared kitchen. Kitchen could have been better equipped … only 2 cups and kitchen was shared with three other rooms.
