“Hotel fantome”
+La beauté des lieux, tres bel hotel propre soigne spacieux magnifique terrasse, belle vegetation.
−Plage sargasse pas de leur faute. Hotel fantome que 5 clients, donc rien à l hotel !Le coffre fort est tombé HS probleme batterie/pile, on ne pouvait pas recuperer nos passeports clefs etc quelques heures avabt notre depart, il n y avait que la securité à l hotel mais reactif, resultat on me demande de payer 6 500 pesos !!!! En reve !!! On m a demandé de payer bouteilles d eau de la chambre 6 200 pesos !! Tres cher !! Demandé facture ! Pas eu...j ai payé en especes à la securité ce dernier dit ne pas avoir reçu l argent à sa direction !!! Moi la maline on a filmé la scene, que j ai envoyé sur watsap à l hotel..affaire classée....il ne devrait pas ouvrir cet etablissement si hotel fantome..sinon ça doit etre top en haute saison, dommage

−No one told me there was sea weed before I booked my hotel. I paid a lot to not use the beach they should’ve gave me a heads up

“מאוד נהנינו מהאווירה ומקום . מרוחק מהעיר למי שזה משנה לו וגם משפיע על מחירי המוניות . אבל קסום”
+ממוקם בקצה הרצועה בלב שמורת טבע ואף זכינו לראות הטלות של צבות ים בחוף. האווירה של המקום מאוד נינוחה ואסתטית . השירות היה נעים אם כי לא תמיד מאוד יעיל .
−כשהגענו לא היו מים חמים מה שהיה קשוח אך המקום דאג לפצות אותנו בארוחת ערב מה שהקל על הנחיתה הקשה .הווי פיי בחדרים בקומה השניה לא עבד מרבית הזמן.

“Not the place if you're looking for relaxation, but otherwise decent”
+Beautiful location, beautiful rooms, great food and waitstaff.
−Noisy! Even with few guests they are blaring music from noon through night as if it's a club vibe. Maybe it's to keep the staff awake. The servers in the restaurant are good and attentive, but the greeters, concierge, etc are not friendly at all. They give a vibe like you're interrupting their day or they're too busy for you when you're the only guest checking with them. The pool was empty and under maintenance, they should have communicated that at check in and offered a discount or free drink or any gesture at all.
