+It literally has everything we needed and more. Big, bright & airy room with a superb view & bonus of a large balcony. Amazingly situated for sights, transport & a taste of local life. Will definitely be back.

+Хороший апарт-отель, нам все понравилось. Номер был просторным, чистым и хорошо оборудованным, с собственной кухней , это особенно удобно при проживании несколько дней. Кровати удобные, в номере было тихо, поэтому можно было хорошо отдохнуть. Расположение удачное: основные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности, рядом также есть общественный транспорт. Завтраки могли бы быть лучше и разнообразнее, но в целом это не испортило хорошего впечатления от проживания. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь еще раз.

+Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig, die großen Fenster ermöglichen einen schönen Blick. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile und des kleinen Badezimmers ist angemessen.
−Das deutlich eingeschränkte Fernsehprogramm, Standartsender wie ARD oder ZDF fehlen. Position des Fernsehers nicht optimal. Keine kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten zum Check-in. Parken in hoteleigener Tiefgarage für 30€ pro Tag sehr teuer.

“Nice hotel - would come again!”
+Located nicely on Museum Island and across the road from a Edeka supermarket so that you can make use of the self catering abilities in the room. Clean, comfy, nice smelling shower gels. Friendly staff. Would come again!
−Not a major point, but getting the cooking equipment from reception only if we accept liability for the smoke alarm going off and fire brigade showing up seems a bit extreme, but perhaps this was necessary based on what people did in the past. Also, not being able to actually control the temperature in our own room (it is done centrally) is a bit annoying.
