−(szállás ado hölgy nagyon barátságtalan. Nem es azon a címen van amit ki ir a booking, Egészen életerő a cím más ház es más címen van.) Foglalás után azonnal hívott a kedves szállásado hölgyke hogy nem az lesz a cím ami fel van tüntetve a bookingon. Es közölte a ha esetleg nem tetszik Foglaljuk máshol. mire én kérdeztem es a foglalási pénzel mi lesz a le vont összeget mert bank kártyáról fizetem. (közölte hogy majd a booking visza utalja) mire én barátom ez valami vicc. Na jó úgy döntöttem ha már kifizetem a bank kártyáról le vonták már úgyis a pénzt mar nem hagyunk ki es ot alszunk, (2 személyes szobát foglaltam mire oda érünk csak egy nagyon pici szóba es 1 személyesen agy 1 szivacs az agy meleteve) első emeletén volt az emeleten több szoba is volt külön be járattal, es pont a mi szobákban nem volt lehetőség ablakot nyitani sem ventilátor 38 fok melegben. (18 óra után érkeztünk es vásároltunk inni való vizét es vacsorát foglalás után sétálni mentünk az földszinten volt a hűtő szekrény kértünk a szállásadó kedves hölgyet a hogy be tehesunk a vizét es a vacsorát a hűtőben ameddig visza jövünk a sétábol... mire a holgy válasza az volt semmi képen nem lehet) 😂😂😂 igaz ez egy vendég

“pas eu la possibilité de séjourner dans votre hôtel.”
−réservation faite le 10 juin pour 1 nuit du 15 au 16 juin. Prévenue le 16 juin a 13h que l hôtel avait déménagé et ne se trouvait plus à Zaventem. Je devais me rendre très tôt à Zaventem le 16 juin .Et comme je viens du nord de la France, j avais prévue de dormir le plus près possible de l aéroport . L'hôtel aurait pu me contacter plus tôt que je puisse prendre d autres disposition et ne pas encaisser le prix de la chambre que je ne vais pas occuper.

+Nothing. It was in a beautiful location, but all the rest was terrible.
−Unfriendly (rude!) host, who didn’t have 2 minutes to explain anything. Bathroom and toilet disgusting (and I am not a picky person), bed cover too small for the mattress …Toilet paper finished and no idea where the host was…. Dirty people with dirty standards. It was an awful experience and I’m shocked with the disrespectful treatment. The host should not be allowed to rent out rooms. It’s scandalous!

“Bad experience”
+Room was spacious and big. Toilet and bathroom are clean.
−It was a very bad experience on our first day because before we check in i requested an earlier check in since we arrived in Belgium around 11am but they refused it and said that the reception will open at 6-10 pm so i didn't response back and respect it. At 4pm i send her a message that we will come around 6pm but when we reach the house no one meet us there so i called the number of the host and inform that were already there but instead, she approach us a very rude attitude that why we didn't send her a message earlier. She was expecting that there's a guests on that day and that time. There's no even reception there as she said that the reception will open at 6-10pm. So i get mad at her i told her that we can't sleep outside and we're very tired that day for how many hours of travel.they know that there's a guests coming but she keep insisting that I didn't informed her that were coming! She told us to go away and find another room and will not give our payment back. I just keep calm because we don't have a choice rather than sleep outside so she said that we need to wait for her after 1 hour, good thing there's a one guy came who's living there so we ask him to let us come ins
