“Great value stay”
+Comfortable room. Decent location not too far from seafront and bus stop just across the road too.

+Good, comfortable and spacious bed and room, toilet and bathroom. Tea/coffee provided and a decent TV. The host is always friendly. There is parking outside on the road and food available at reasonable prices at a local pub.
−The room was a little cold at times as the temperature had dropped outside that weekend.

“Great space, well located, but a little noisy.”
+Clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Good location.
−There is a very noisy electric shower which has a motorised unit encased right next to the bed. The guest in the other room used the shower at midnight (waking me up) and then again at 6am. This was a real let down given the other really positive aspects of the accomodation.

+The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It was useful to have the kettle with tea bags, coffee and milk. The host, Abi, was helpful and friendly. She showed me how to operate the shower.
−Although I managed to start the shower easily following Abi's instructions, it took a while to work out how to run the hot water.

−Dusche war nur kaltes Wasser Der Wasserbeuler war extrem laut und direkt im Zimmer und hat nicht funktioniert. Eigentümer kam nachts ins Haus und hat überall Licht angemaxht ohne jegliche Rücksicht und war sehr lau bis ca 1:30uhr. Man sollte ihr mitteilen dass die Fenster in den Türen Licht durchlassen / Oberlichter oberhalb der Türen... wenn sie oben sind. Wir konnten erst nach 1:30 Uhr schlafen das war nicht gut. Das Bad ist ein Gemeinschaftsbad und wurde nicht angegeben.

−Overall, our stay was nice, but there were a few inconveniences. The shower was difficult to adjust, as the water temperature kept changing, making it uncomfortable to use. Also, in our room there seemed to be a water heater inside the cupboard next to the bed, which was quite noisy, especially when someone was using the shower. It disturbed the peace and made it harder to rest. Despite these issues, the overall experience was pleasant, and we appreciated the stay.
