“Great value for money. Roomy and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.”
+Front desk and cleaning staff were nice. Location was great, close to everything I was looking to go. Room was clean and spacious. Hallway was nice and wide.
−Breakfast choices felt limited especially drinks. I was kind of expecting apple juice or tea bags aside from orange juice and coffee. The door connecting the other rooms had no lever or handle, was hard to control.

“Our prepaid reservation was not honored, and we were left outside with my daughter at 10 pm”
+I cannot comment on the stay because we were never checked in, despite having a confirmed and prepaid reservation
−The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We had a confirmed and fully paid reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel could not find it. We were made to wait for a very long time and were then told to leave. Booking.com did not resolve the problem and simply canceled the reservation, leaving me and my daughter outside at around 10 pm This was an unacceptable and very upsetting experience.

“Hotel was in a great location”
+Loved the location and all the friendly staff. It was also a very quiet hotel.
−The refrigerator did not work properly and where it is stored wasn't practical because of lack of ventilation. Very young kids were allowed in the hot tub. These kinds of inconveniences would not keep me from going to this hotel again.
