“DID NOT STAY.”
−We booked a room through Booking.com for my daughter it was an emergency when she got to the motel she was told she had to pay for the room. We spoke to the clerk there he said it doesn't work that way they don't use Booking.com and she woukd have to pay for the room herself. Even though we already paid Booking com and Budget Inn was listed under Booking coms web site. So needless to say we were out $65. Because we were told we could not even use our credit card over the phone. What a waste of time
+Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. Bathroom was clean and provided clean towels and sample soap and sample shampoo.
−Noise was really bad. Had to call threaten to call police because people outside alot of younger adults, asked them repeatedly to get quiet finally got quiet after 2am. Floor was dirty. Queen room but small, table by door was dirty had to wipe down to use. Walls were very dirty and had marks all over them. Glad we brought our own bedding we used because the comforter had a smell to it and burn marks and burn holes all in it. TV remote missing back.

+I didn't care for this place. It's overpriced for what you get. I won't stay here again.
−I didn't care for hardly anything. The people are very friendly and the rooms are average at best.
