“The stay was great for the purpose of my trip, and the host was very friendly.”
+There was a variety of coffee options and a croissant for breakfast, as well as some water and clean glasses and coffee cups. The room was generally clean and well kept. The location is good and there's a nice park nearby.
−The shower space was a bit small and the shower head had no holder on the wall, so taking a shower was a bit challenging, especially when the shower curtain kept trying to stick on me. A second clean duvet would've been nice.

−Дървен под до душа, който трябва да пазиш от намокряне. Подвижният душ няма къде да се закачи. Етажът, на който бяхме е гредоред и колкото и внимателно да стъпваш, пода вибрира. За климатика /нисък клас/ се заплаща такса, ако трябва да се ползва.

+The owner was very friendly. I could just call him whenever I needed something and he was always reachable, gave a vase for my flowers. The location perfect for my purposes.

−1. Paid air conditioning...what? I had not heard about it in other places, but you should pay for it from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., this is really rather bad. We had about 28-30С degrees outside at night, it`s terrible. And if you want to pay for it, you shoud know that this conditioner is only in one room and it is soooo small for this accommodation. We tried to use it 2 hours before night and it really works only for 1 room, absolutely useless for another room. And most importantly, he only informs you about this after you’ve booked the accommodation. 2. Breakfast: 1 bottle of water, coffee or tea and croissant like 7days. For this price. No comments 3. Yes, he has parking, but it is not his private parking, it`s just place next to his gate. It`s not a problem, but you should know about it You should read more comments about this accommodation before your choose. Start to do it from bad comments, it really will help you
