−Didn’t have soap by default and I think some towels missing too - had to ask staff for these things

+The location wasn't you bad
−Mouldy shower, black hair in the bed, Bed was very hard , went out and brought a mattress topper, guest walking around talking all night, horrendous coughing noises in the carpatk right outside our door at 6 in the morning that went on for over a hour. 1 teaspoon in the place. We have stayed here before and wasn't to bad, but never again. I felt unsafe here and we left as soon as we packed up. Office was closed and as we were travelling and booked through Booking.com I sent off a email as it told me it would go straight through to thr property that we had to leave early and was there any chance in getting some of our money back. 2 days later I hadny heard and rang them and they did the didnt know anything about us leaving or the emails. So God knows where they went. Done a chat through booking.com and they rang the property and the said they'd refund us 2 nights from the day after I rang the property. So lost 5 nights booking. Had emailed the property through Booking.com 3 times we no response. Don't think I'll use Booking.com again either.

“A experience”
+Nil tea or coffee or milk in the room Like other rooms had. Room had a very strong smell which was not very nice at all.
−A lot of noise though out the night. People banging on doors and screaming.

−Everything is bad and poor. Room is dirty, no daily cleaning, had to inform receptionist. Toilet couldn’t flush well, bugs flying in from the vent and window, heater either extreme hot or extreme cold. Bath area is so small, no soap or shampoo provided. Felt unsafe with the lock, anyone with the passcode could come in any time. Walls are thin, could hear everything. The room had a smelly smell. Furnitures and beds are all old. The corridor is so narrow and it’s tilted.
