“Very comfortable stay.”
+Absolutely perfect location, views were stunning, we were upgraded to an apartment which was amazing! Was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable
−On the whole was very clean, few areas of dust.. skirting boards… lamps etc. wasn’t a fan of the glass tops on the bedside table. It moved about and felt a little unsafe.

“Lovely hotel in a great location”
+Location was fantastic. Place was very clean and staff were really friendly and helpful.
−Shower wasn’t the most powerful. The French door to our room didn’t fit properly which we only found out during our first night. Only came to light as we were in the grip of storm Boelo! Sounded like a tornado coming though. Didn’t bother us the second night though

“Amazing Place”
+This was our second stay here and we are kicking ourselves as to why it’s taken so long to go back. Loads of friendly staff who interact with one another and the customers.Makes it feel really special. breakfast overlooking the river with swans on it. We ate on steak night which was amazing value for money. Hotel is close to everything,Cathedral,shops and restaurants(if you wanted to eat out) Rooms are spacious,comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. Fred and Beverley

“Fabulous boutique hotel !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
+A fantastic hotel, so much attention to detail. Greeted by Richard at the reception on arrival, what a lovely gentleman, nothing was too much trouble, so polite professional and friendly! We booked the bottomless piano brunch - would definitely recommend this, great drinks and fab atmosphere. Chris was also a great member of the staff team, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was so friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was excellent, very good quality produce, served by Richard again nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would definitely book again Thanks guys, great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
