“Stunning experience in a beautiful place”
+Very nice personnel, a welcoming wine was a pleasant surprise, overall - very good, beautiful and clean place, amazing nature around. Even though we visited the place in october - it was warm inside and comfortable to settle. Location is just 15-20 minutes from Florence center by car and around 10-15 minutes from a supermarket. The staff helped us with navigation around and planning. Nothing to comply really, good solid choice for a trip.
−The final 3 minutes of driving to the place is a little bit challenging and requires attention, but is manageable even with a small car. You dont need SUV to get there. But everywhere in Tuscany is the same. So i dont call it as challenge or a drawback, its more like a tip for a future travelers.

“אכזבה, חוסר הוגנות.”
+מיקום מצוין לשהייה כפרית בפירנצה. 15 דקות מהחניה מברכז העיר. מתחם יפה.
−היזהרו מדירה 11 עם נוף לגן. 2 דברים קלקלו לנו: 1.אנחנו משפחה של 5, זוג+3 בנות בשנות ה 20, הזמנו חדר גדול, שכלל גם סלון. החדרים היו גדולים מאוד אבל כולם, כולל הסלון והמטבח הסריחו מריח חזק מאוד של סיגריות. מייד עם ההגעה אמרנו שזה חמור, המארחת הסבירה שהם מתנצלים, שהיה להם יום קודם אירוע גדול והם יודעים שעישנו בחדר, סיפרה שהם ניסו לאוורר כל היום את החדר, על ידי זה שפתחו את החלונות אבל זה לא עזר. אנחנו רגישים מאוד לסיגריות, הריח החזק ממש הגעיל אותנו. 2.החדר היה בשני קומות עם הרבה מאוד מדרגות - לא היתה אף תמונה שממחישה את זה והדבר הוסתר באותיות הקטנות, הופתענו לחלוטין (אני אצרף את התמונות כדי שניתן יהיה להבין במה מדובר, לפחות שהבאים אחרינו ידעו). בעיני זה חוסר הגינות, על גבול ההטעייה לא להתייחס לזה בתמונות שהמלון מפרסם את החדר. הדבר המשמעותי יותר שהמדרגות היו תלולות מאוד, עקומות מאוד ומשופעות מאוד, שהיית חייב להחזיק במעקה אחרת פשוט נופלים בירידה ועוד לא דיברנו על איך מעלים 2 מזוודות כבדות לקומת החדרים. פשוט חוצפה לא להדגיש דבר כזה. בקיצור, לא הסכמנו לקבל את החדר, היינו מוכנים לבטל את העסקה עם קנס ולחפש מקום לינה אחר, המארחים הציעו לנו חדר חלופי קטן בהרבה, שיכולנו לעבור אליו רק למחרת, אז את הלילה הראשון מתוך כ 6 לילות נאלצנו לישון בחדר הנוראי הזה ולנשום את הסירחון של הסיגריות כל הלילה. יש

“Toskana - sehr reizvoll & schön”
+Sehr schöne Anlage in einem alten Dörfchen. Perfekt für Ausflüge nach Florenz & Umgebung. Sehr ruhig. Super freundliche Gastgeber! Super mit Kindern.
−Nichts. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt sollte man die angegebenen Koordinaten ins Navi eingeben.

+The property is beautiful, calm and clean, the staff are very friendly and supportive. In terms of location it's excelent, 4 or 5km from Florence by car or 30min by bus (31) which is convinient considering parking restritions around Florence. We mostly parked in Grassina (free) and took the bus (31) down to Florence, use the citymapper app which works perfectly.
−Very few long-chaires in the pool area available for the customers. There were some guests that block with towers hours before they actually needed.

“Zum relaxen sehr gut und in Ruhe gelegen”
+Der Pool war sehr groß. Die Zimmer waren ok. Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer war gut, in einem anderen aber zu schwach. Die Waschmaschinen (2 Stück) waren ausreichend für die Anzahl der Wohnungen. Die Terrassen (2 Stück) für Haus 14 waren sehr gut. Wir bekamen sogar eine kleine Essen-Erstauswahl (Marmelade, Zwieback, Milch, Honig, ...)
−Für die Tax (Steuer) habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten. In der Küche fehlt ein Geschirrspüler, sonst war aber alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer war gut, in einem anderen aber zu schwach.

“Our family really enjoyed the 2 week holiday we had.”
+Beautiful place to stay with beautiful views. The exterior of the borgo is as you expect an Italian borgo to be. It is well maintained and the apartment has everything you need. We had a Italian family member staying with us for 1 night and the team was very helpful in setting up an extra bed. In short, we would definitely come back.
−Lots of mosquito's (especially in the evening), so make sure to prepare for that. This is not really a negative, but the small chairs around the pool are hilariously "dangerous". If you lean towards backwards, you could fall off the chair, which led to some funny moments with some of the folks this happened too. A recommendation for the borgo is to review these chairs :)

−Manque d’espace vraiment ombragé autour de la piscine. La présence des hôtes bruyants et monopolisant l’espace autour de la piscine.
+Wunderschöne Anlage in den Hügeln der Toskana. Ruhig zum Entspannen und einfach sein. Mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 35min. In Florenz. Gratisparkplatz und sehr freundliches Personal. Am Pool lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Lässt keine Wünsche offen.
−Nichts wesentliches (Düsen am Pool funktionieren nicht)

+Beautiful and spacious for 6 adults. Great location. Fabulous views. Nice to see deer roaming on the property when you wake in the morning. Nice walk to the village of Grassina and easy bus trip to Florence. Owner Luigi and staff were lovely and so welcoming. We would definitely stay again.
−Beds were very firm, too hard for all and pillows (1 each) were flat and uncomfortable.
