+By European standards, this is a relatively simple hotel, but in Iquitos the most important things are cleanliness and having no mosquitoes in the room , and the hotel delivered 100% on both. The breakfast was very good, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. Another great bonus was the complimentary one-way airport transfer. The location is ideal: very close to the boat port where tours pick you up for the jungle lodges, and situated in a tourist-friendly area with plenty of options to grab a bite to eat or buy drinking water. Most of all, the staff is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
−Our initial stay before heading to the lodge was wonderful without any issues. However, upon our return from the lodge, the staff member at the front desk didn't speak any English and placed us in Room 101. This room is situated right between the kitchen/dining area and a server/CCTV room with humming equipment. A high window near the ceiling faced directly into that server room, so bright light and loud noise were constantly coming in. Fortunately, after 10:00 PM, an English-speaking receptionist came on duty and immediately moved us to a much better and quieter room. My advice to future guests: avoid Room 101. Despite that one issue, the staff is genuinely wonderful and the food was great.

+Overall a good place to stay in Iquitos. Clean rooms, nice staff, comfortable and safe location.
−Looks like an old building converted recently to hotel. Still need to improve facilities and staff have more to learn. Not all rooms have windows. Pricing is in accordance.

+Location is perfect. Easy breakfast en Great staff. The wifi however.. on the first 2 Floors it is ok, 3rd Floor and up the wifi gets bad. But the hotel is nice and very nice people. I reccomend!
