“Okay place close to the train station”
+Close to Osaka station, supermarket, convenience stores, and places to eat. Lots of hot water, washing machine, and decent kitchen facilities.
−Not many places to sit and relax. Just two bar stools at a narrow counter and a very uncomfortable love seat with a small coffee table. No chairs, table pr desk to sit at and write or use the laptop.

“Lovely condominium apartment in a fabulous location.”
+The apartment is conveniently located to the airport, train, and all of the sights in Osaka. Umeda is a quiet area, but still close to everything. The apartment is larger than many in Japan and it was nice to have a small kitchen where we could prepare breakfast every morning. We were very pleased to have lots of extra towels as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner in the apartment. Convenience and grocery stores were close by and well stocked. The check-in process went exactly as described and the hotel was very easy to find. It was great to have a washing machine in the apartment. There is good information available via QR code for using the apartment amenities.
−There was a bit of confusion about clothes drying when we first arrived. There was one drying pole in the bathroom which was not long enough to accommodate a full load of washing. There were brackets on the balcony but no rod to put between them which was disappointing and the staff member we communicated with didn’t offer to provide one. We did get a plastic hanging clothes dryer with clips fairly quickly, which solved the problem. There is limited space in the kitchen to store any food. We used the top of a cabinet but it was extremely dusty so needed cleaning before we could use it. That being said, the staff were extremely responsive and obviously very keen to resolve our issues to our satisfaction.

+I like they separate the bathing area and the toilet. Also keyless entry is awesome, love the idea.
−I don’t like the echo sound at the hallway. I feel like I make one little sound I weaken the neighbors on the floor.

+Lage war super. Konbini gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Bahnstationen in der Nähe.
−Boden war schmutzig. Alles war richtig staubig. Wohnung war schon sehr "gebraucht".

“Fair and reasonable apartment hotel”
+Reasonably nice and comfortable apartment hotel. Good laundry facility. Well furnished kitchenette.
−Due to no staff stationed at the premise, check in and out procedures felt a little impersonal. The location is a little far from Shin Osaka Station - this was a little inconvenient especially needing to lug large luggage through the busy Osaka Umeda station to get to Shin Osaka station in order to catch the Shinkansen.

“Notre séjour a été parfait. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins était à proximité et l’hôtel était propre et très bien équi”
+Très bien situé. Hôtel très propre. Machine à laver dans l’appartement ce qui est un luxe quand on a un enfant qui se sali plusieurs fois par jour. On a passé une superbe semaine.
