+The apartment was very clean. The internet connection was reliable and efficient.
−The stay was uncomfortable. The check-in process was very complicated. We had to register on their personal app to get the keys. The check-in process, getting the keys, and entering the apartment took over an hour. It felt like we were trying to check into a secret location. We had a long and difficult trip and arrived late in the evening. Due to the complicated access, we were very annoyed and would not want to stay in these apartments in the future. When we finally checked in, we discovered that the kitchen lacked the most necessary and basic items: salt, sugar, tea bags, coffee, etc.

+Tudo muito limpo, confortável e organizado. Muito perto da estação de trem, bonde e ônibus, facilitando muito o transporte no dia a dia. Além de extar próximo de supermercados.
−Sugestão de melhorias: -Um cabedeiro para colocar os casacos, principalmente em dias de chuva. -Também acho que seria muito útil se tivesse um varal no próprio apartamento, para facilitar a lavagem/secagem de roupa. -Um balde para facilitar atividades pontuais de limpeza também seria muito útil ao meu ver, já que as estadias geralmente são longas.

“Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment with convenient location”
+We liked the close location to the train station, tram and bus stops, and grocery stores. We loved all of the space we had in the bedrooms and the multiple desks and tables to help our family of 5 have space for our things. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the trip, and we felt really comfortable in the apartment.
−We never ran into problems with this, but there was a large amount of homeless people (20+) drinking alcohol at the tram and bus stops at all hours. They didn’t bother us, but it’s just something we were mindful of as we travelled as a family.

+The flat was amazing and next to the Tram and Train. Very helpful staff they've sent me a necklace that i forgot after checkout. Everything was just great.
