+Everything is good. The room, the facilities, the places near station and convinient store also max value
−Only the wifi is so bad. We only can connect around 3 minutes and then lost connection for long time
+the contact to the owners is very quick and they respond immediately. They help very fast and are very kind. The apartment was clean and there was everything there that you can need.
−The stairs are a little steep. It's a bit hard to carry the luggage up and down.

“Un hôtel vraiment très sympathique et agréable pour découvrir Osaka. C’est toutefois un peu dommage que la propreté n’ai”
+Le lit était très confortable, le logement est bien spacieux et le canapé apporte un confort supplémentaire. La gare est à moins de 10 minutes à pied, avec un supermarché juste devant. Il y a également un FamilyMart juste en face de l’hôtel. Il y à un sanctuaire très sympathique à moins de 5 minutes de l’hôtel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Osaka !
−Niveau propreté cela n’était pas vraiment au rendez-vous car il y avais beaucoup de poussières sur les poutres, noteamlent au dessus de la partie « cuisine », dans les coins également. Et la vaisselle n’était pas très propre non plus nous avais’ du la faire nous mêmes. Peut-être sommes nous passer à côté de l’information mais nous n’avions su pour le triage des déchets tardivement.

−入ったその日、冷蔵庫が壊れていて使えなかったのは残念だった｡そのため、次の日の朝食のために持ち込んだ乳製品がダメになってしまった｡（でも連絡したら次ぎの日に対応してくれたのはよかった）｡

+Good location near train and family mart
−There was ants all over the place and during the day with the ac on high it was still unbearably hot in the room. You could also pretty loudly hear the train as it went by late into the night. The entrance door was very flimsy with only a tiny lock on it. It didn't not feel safe.

+Super lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i kolejowej. Okolica spokojna, ale bardzo blisko wieży Tsutenkaku. Oprócz sklepów typu konbini, w okolicy jest większy market. Bardzo urocza kawiarnia po drugiej stronie ulicy. Obiekt czysty a pokoje są dobrze wyposażone.
“Comfortable budget option”
+The room was clean and spacious (for Japan), and the bed was pretty comfortable. Towels and toiletries were also provided, as were all the appliances you'd need, including a clothes washer, which was handy. Check in and check out procedures were cleared explained and easy to follow.
−The sounds from upstairs guests were rather loud, so it was a little hard to sleep sometimes. The location was also a little far from most of Osaka's attractions. For my room on the ground level, the door was kind of hard to open because the entrance was so small. The bathroom ceiling was very short so I couldn't stand up straight inside it.
“Recommended budget-friendly property”
+The position of the staying is incredibly well located, easy to reach by foot from multiple stations.
−Stairs are incredibly tight and steep, going upstairs with the luggage wasn't an easy task. The sound isolation could be better too, doors are almost useless, but luckily the area is quiet and calm, so the only sound could be coming from downstairs or upstairs.

+The location is very close to a few stations. So its accessible to anywhere.
−The heater didn't work well for the winter season. The floor was too cold for us to step on even wearing the slippers that have been provided by owners. The owner replied quickly to fix the water heater problem. Maybe for a season that is not cold can be considered to stay.

“Cute and cozy place”
+Very cute place to stay in. Feels so warm and cozy. Nice and quiet area, conveniently located right beside a family mart. Decently close to downtown Osaka/Namba station which is only 10 min train away.
