+Близостта до езерото, макар, че от стаята ни се виждаха само дърветата, а езерото е зад тях. Ресторантът на хотела е много добър.

+Location excellent for bus travel. Excellent for on foot to lake, restaurants and amenities. Really cool Modern vibe.
−The room temperature was not comfortable on both nights stay. As the hotel is now accepted in winter season it had shut down air con and put on heating. Our room on arrival was 27.7c and following evening and night with windows and balcony door open it dropped to 23.3c still to warm for sleeping. We made remarks to reception who shrugged and said that’s the weather and season. I accept. However the comfort of its guests is number 1 in a four star hotel. They failed.

“Lovely but disrupted”
+The hotel is in a great location, very close to Lake Bled, Castle Bled, and the main bus stop, making it easy to get around. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Our trees/lake-facing room on day one was well appointed, very clean, with storage, a good shower, extra pillows and blankets, and robes and slippers for the pool. We also appreciated the Rituals toiletries (although no extra amenities), including shampoo and conditioner. The heated indoor pool overlooking the garden in front ot the hotel is great, as are the sauna facilities. We liked the modern rose-themed design throughout the hotel.
−Unfortunately, we had significant noise issues on both Friday and Saturday nights due to corporate events at the hotel. On the first night, the music was incredibly loud and continued well beyond midnight - it was so disturbing that we eventually had to move rooms at around 01:30 to be able to sleep. We were initially told that evening that we would receive a refund for that night, but the following morning were told this was not possible because we had booked through Booking.com, which was disappointing and somewhat difficult to understand. We specifically checked whether there would be noise again on Saturday and were assured there would not be, but when we returned after dinner, music from another gathering was again clearly audible in our lake-facing room (on floor 2). The reception staff immediately offered to move us, but this meant giving up both our lake view and balcony for the rest of our stay. For this second evening's issues, they kindly offered us a 2 hour VIP spa package for Sunday by way of apology, which was nice. The disrupted first night meant we missed breakfast the following morning. We did have breakfast on Sunday and found it ok. When we checked out, there was
