−Das Zimmer war sehr kalt leider. Und vor dem Check-in Zeit konnten wir nicht zum Raum, obschon wir wirklich erschöpft waren. Der Receptionist sagte uns, ,,nein natürlich nicht.” Das ist sehr schlecht von Ihnen!

+If I could give Big Mama more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! They completely lived up to their name. • The Service & Staff: The team here is simply the best. At check-in, the agent realized it was my birthday and immediately went into a frenzy,giving me a chip for a free drink, engaging in fun conversation, and personally showing me to the elevator. Even the cleaning staff I met in the elevator welcomed me with a massive smile. At checkout, I was met with that same joy and a complimentary Latte coffee. • The Amenities: The bar is open 24/7, which is a huge plus. They also have an epic summer terrace on the 4th floor that you shouldn't miss. I ended up extending my stay because of how wonderful they made me feel. When in Berlin, this is absolutely the place to be. I recommend them a thousand times over!

+Mega nettes Team. Als wäre man bei Freunden zu Besuch. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen und werde ich ab jetzt immer buchen, wenn ich in Berlin bin.

“Praktisches Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt”
+Einfaches Online-Ein- und Auschecken. Die Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten, mit dem Aufzug gut zu erreichen und WLan war vorhanden. Für unsere Bedürfnisse nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit hat das Hotel insgesamt gut gepasst.
−Das Badezimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bot nur wenige Ablageflächen. Duschvorhang und offenliegende Rohre wirkten nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Zudem könnte der Abstreifteppich im Eingangsbereich bei Regen und Laub häufiger gereinigt werden.
