+The restaurant area looked nice!
−The receptionist appeared unhappy and miserable.The room was unclean, the walls were dirty with numerous poorly filled holes. The mattress was inadequate, being excessively thin and uncomfortable. The quilt was bunched up inside its cover, and the window had been left open, resulting in a cold room. Additionally, only two towels were provided, and there was a lack of a shower mat, hand towels, and toiletries.

−Stayed in room 3. Noise from toilet in room 2 every time they flushed (8 times woke me up) sounded like a jumbo jet had landed. Key cards only worked once and had to get reprogrammed 4 times

−Room smelled of bad drains. Radiator didnt work in room, reported it, girl on reception said heating didnt turn on till 8pm, but it never came on, furniture in room really worn and dirty looking. Duvet wasnt big enough for bed. Pillows were really worn and uncomfortable.. Lighting in bathroom was so bad and dark.

−It was terrible!!! 8 of us booked to stay Friday & Saturday night and none of us stayed there!!! Shown two rooms and they both had water coming into them. The whole place water dirty and mouldy.

−I'm surprised & disappointed to have a single different colour of small towel. I've notice the attendance. But she doesn’t cooperate me professionally.

“Good location but wouldn’t recommend hotel run down and very basic.”
+Staff friendly and beds ok.
−Key did not work but got sorted straight away. No soap or shower gel or shampoo. When asked got given soap nothing else. Very run down shower leaked.
