−エアコンがうるさくて寝られない。 事前にメールでスタッフに確認して許可を得たことを、当日受付スタッフにノーと言われた。泊まらなければよかった。

+It was close to the bridge for easy access for the bridge walk
−Hated that the ice machine was just a chest with ice.. no scoop so anyone could just stick their hands in.
+Very friendly staff, helpful. When I needed help on stuff, they came and fixed the problem right away.

+Location was perfect close to everything , room was clean and property was clean
−They had advertised free ferries shuttles in room , asked the front office they said they haven’t done that in over a year.
“Visit good but cancellation policy & no voicemail answer precludes any more visits. Too bad.”

−I needed to cancel my second reservation on 8/13/2006 because of an emergency that required me to return to Detroit ASAP. I left 3 voice mails cancelling. Representative said they hadn't been received and said I'd be charged ~ $215 for the night I returned home.

+Nice parial view of the lake from across the road. Would be a spectacular view if the Ace hardware weren't there. But then again, if Ace hardware weren't there impeding the view placing the hotel would probably be double. LOL The room was comfortable and clean. And the staff was pleasant. Located across street and kiddy corner from Marina and Park, nice downtown location, casual walking distance to stores and restaurants. One of the more affordable hotels in St Ignace.
