“disgusting”
+The only thing I liked was the location. Everything else was absolutely abysmal.
−Well lets start with check in which was supposed to be 3pm which seems kind of late in the day. Oh but then when I got there at 3:30 they told me to come back in 3 hours to check in. The attendants barely spoke any english and just kept pointing at little notes around the check in counter. And then when I did finally get to my room I had to leave the door open because it smelled so horrible. The floor had crumbs of some kind and the sheets were foul. Luckily for me I still had camping gear in my car so I threw all the sheets/blankets/pillows in the corner and rolled out my sleeping bag. I would have went to a different hotel but it was already so late and there were no openings. And of course there were no refunds. Then all night there was CONSTANT activity in the parking lot which I can only assume were drug deals. And then at the end of my stay I tried to return my key and get my deposit back but nobody would respond to the office door buzzer. My last stay in Springfield I did notice they changed the name of the motel (probably too get away from the horrible reviews)

−OMG. Filthy, smelly, linens spoiled, room covered with flying flies.
+Have stayed here multiple times, and my stay has always been perfect. No complaints.
+This is the main place I've stayed when I had to be in Springfield Missouri on business. My stays were always great, and the location is perfect.

+Nothing because he wouldn't even let me stay there you did nothing but yell at me and told me that dogs were not allowed when it other dogs were there at the time that's why my dog was barking because the other dog was there told me I had to pay $100 deposit and he was telling another person he only had paid 25 he wouldn't go check me in when I've already paid for the room
−Everything it is very rude and Damian give me a chance to even say anything he didn't go behind the counter and look up my name or anything you just started screaming at me for some reason I don't know why I went in there for weeks before spend thousands of dollars and for him to treat me the way he did it was very very rude I want my money back I didn't get to stay there

“I had a nice sleep but arm not feeling good”

+I did not go for breakfast. I do not know what they had if anything
−Cigarette smoke smell in my room very soft floors it felt like my foot was going to go through floors and the noise was the worst part of it. They took a $50 cash deposit and I doubt I will get it back
+The management was great
−A lot of shady activity going on at night
