+Location was good
−Toiletries were not provided. Access to property was on uneven footing, contrary to the listing no toiletries were provided, and all amenities are shared. There were not enough blankets and you could hear the family upstairs. Not worth it for the price.

“Everything was great! Host was nice.”
+They have everything we needed. As asians, we liked the bidet installed in the washroom. Place is clean and smells great. Quiet as well we didn't even know there's a kid living upstairs, we just saw him when we left.
−Just the parking. If you do not know how to parallel park, you're in for a challenge.

+I really enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I didn’t have a charger with me, and he was kind enough to help me out, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient, and overall everything was great.

+The price was reasonable. Akeem was friendly, supportive, and had a good attitude. The place was clean.
−The bathroom is shared between two rooms, and if another guest is using it or leaves it unclean, it can become inconvenient. The room is small, and if you open two carry-on suitcases next to the bed, there is practically no space left to move around.
