+Está a pie de playa , muy tranquilo, la Srita y el muchachito de recepción muy amables, bueno todo el personal fueron muy amables y con aptitud de servicio, ofrecen un pequeño coffe break en la mañana lo cual fue sorpresa grata porque no lo sabía.

+La ubicación y que está muy cerca de restaurantes y bares para disfrutar de desayunos, comidas y cenas. La habitación también tiene buen tamaño y es agradable

“Hotel bien ubicado con alberca y playa bonitas”
+Hotel bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila. El área donde se encuentra la alberca, está muy bonita y agradable, la alberca en sí esta preciosa, limpisima, muy bien cuidada. Al igual la zona de la playa donde se encuentra ubicado el hotel, zona tranquila, con camastros y palapas, muy bien cuidados. La suite muy agradable con bonita vista y camas y almohadas cómodas, cuenta con cocineta bien equipada.
−El hotel es un poco antiguo y necesita un poco de remodelación, no es lujoso, pero en general es un hotel agradable.

“We had a great trip.”
+Beautiful views. Big pool. Comfortable chairs and palapas on the beach. Walking distance to everything we needed. A/C worked great. Staff was very friendly and the facility and room was clean.
−Nothing the facility could have done about it but the construction on new buildings was all around this building and just about everywhere else in town. The construction noise sometimes makes it hard to relax on the beach. During walks around town, there were construction trucks and cement trucks and dust being kicked up, etc. This seems to be pretty common in Mexico these days.

+Excellent location, right on the beach and 10 minutes from Bucerias Centro. Pool was great and you could use their stairs right to the beach. Nice lounge area around the pool. Hosts very accommodating calling taxis etc.. Air conditioning worked well. Very quiet in the room.
−Older building so elevators slow and takes a few seconds to get hot water in the shower. Cleaning service okay but not rigid schedule it seemed. A/C a little noisy.
