“Cozy stay with an awesome breakfast”
+Incredible breakfast, lovely hosts who served us tea the evening we arrived and helped us find a taxi to Goris the next day, clean, comfortable rooms and bathroom, beautiful terrace in the backyard. Highly recommend!
−There was only one shared bathroom for all the guests, so you might have to wait your turn sometimes. Not a big problem, just something to be aware of.

+Anna, son mari et leur adorable petite fille sont d'une hospitalité remarquable. Le dîner préparé par leurs soins avec les légumes du jardin était généreux et absolument délicieux. Le petit déjeuner était tout aussi superbe. La chambre extrêmement propre et confortable se trouve à l'étage d'une belle et grande maison. Ils parlent l'anglais et ont un niveau de connaissances qui se remarque tout de suite, ce qui rend les conversations enrichissantes. Nous avons apprécié qu'ils aient pris le temps de s'attabler avec nous pour prendre le café et échanger malgré notre anglais limité

“Our amazing two-day stay at Baleni guest house, Sisian”
+We had a family stay at Baleni guest house, Sisian for two nights with three kids. Our hosts, Anna and Vardan are lovely and amazing people. They welcomed us with a tasty tea and treats and guided us to the surrounding sights in a way, that we managed visit every sight around: Shaki waterfall, Aghitu memorial, Vorotnavank monastery complex, Tatev monastery complex, Karahunj (Warrior stones). Our hosts also provided a large amount of historical and archaeological information, that cannot be found in any source. My kids were intrigued and interested a lot. The area around Baleni is green surrounded by beautiful views, air is fresh and clean and you finally can have a real rest in quite and relaxing athmosphere broken only by birds voices and crickets at night. The rooms, bedsheets and towels are very clean, beds are comfortable, mosquito nets are available on the windows, one of the rooms had a balcony with amazing mountain view. All the necessary facilities are available and can be provided upon request. Overall house gives an old Armenian vibe with modern translation. First floor is equipped with TV and comfortable rest zone. There is an open area under cover beautifully enlightene

“Eine wunderschöne, einmalige Unterkunft in einem sehr authentischen Ort! Unbedingt dort übernachten!”
+Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums in einem wunderschönen Haus. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll gestaltet, wie das ganze Haus auch, das Frühstück ist unglaublich reichhaltig, mit allem, was wir uns vorstellen konnten. Ganz besonders gastfreundlich sind jedoch Anna und Vardan, sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben, uns zur Touristeninformation begleitet - wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden immer wieder dort übernachten. Unbedingt auch an der Masterclass "Talisman" teilnehmen und an den vielen anderen Angeboten!

+Very kind and hospitable host, great english comunication ( the best we have experinced in Armenia). Host arranged a trip to Uchtasar to see petroglyphs, it was amazing. Perfectly served breakfast and also tastefull.
−A bit difficult to close doors and to close faucets. A more of a homestay than a personal appartement experience (not a problem just didn't expect it).
