+The hotel is conveniently located but needs better maintenance. The floors in the stairs were sticky. After check in we didn't see the staff again. So there was nobody who could help us. I say this hotel has lots of potential but the furniture is outdated. It also needs fresh painting. When the toilet paper needed to be restocked I had to go downstairs to get it from the restroom located in the Lobby area. Also I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I never like giving bad reviews but I think this is necessary so they can improve their overall service.

+The apartment was large and cozy. The bedding was clean but the apartment itself wasn't very clean and we cleaned a little more at arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful and flexible with our departure time. The location was perfect next to the Machane Yehuda market and a walking distance to the Western Wall. I'll totally go back. Thanks!
+Was a very pleasant stay. Extremely clean when I arrived and cleaning available during my stay if i wanted. Close to everything. Perfect location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great shower. Great overall value.

+Cappuccino in the morning was a nice amenity. Location and value for money were very good. Needed extra room and this was spacious.
