+Personel iyiydi, tren istasyonuna yakındı
−Oda çok küçük, temiz değildi, ısıtma çok zayıft, kalofirer peteğinin sadece bir kısmı çalışıyordu, saç kurutma makinesi bozulup duruyordu.klozet kapağı sararmış ve kötü gözüküyordu.

“Sehr angenehm.”
+Personal super, Frühstück sehr gut. Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Zimmer, aber es war alles da. Bad war ein paar Schritte außerhalb des Zimmers, aber es war ausschließlich meinem Zimmer zugeordnet, auch klein aber komplett. Ich war sehr zufrieden.
−Eigentlich möchte ich nicht meckern, und es lässt sich sowieso nicht ändern, aber die todschicke Bedienung der Dusche lässt sich mit nassen oder gar seifigen Händen extrem schwer an- und ausdrehen. Da "mein" Bad fensterlos war, würde es sich evtl. anbieten, ein Tuch zum Abtrocknen ins Bad zu legen, um Schimmelbildung zu verhindern. Ich habe die Fußmatte dazu benutzt!

“Nuce hotel”

−Evening meal was not available - despite it being advertised There was a cobweb- complete with spider in the room - so wonder about cleanliness The bathroom has a sliding glass door so not great for privacy or if using the bathroom at night switching on bathroom light illuminates whole room
“Highly overpriced”
+It’s clean and new. Has car park. We were greater on arrival by a person. They have a corner with bar and snacks, which is available to visitors on trust basis: you use any product from there, put your room number down to the list to be charged after.
−It’s hugely overpriced. It’s good 20min walk from Guilford high street. I stayed with my 8 years old son. And booking wouldn’t let me book the regular double room, it had to be with extra sofa and hence, for higher price. On arrival, sofa was not made for my son, so we ended up sleeping together anyways, but also the room was not prepared for 2 people staying: had no towel, no extra tea, no extra cup. I was charged the car parking fee, though the parking is on the premises of the hotel and it’s far from city center anyways. The breakfast is available only from 8am on Sunday. There is no reception, the staff is accessible via Ring, shall you have safety issues (based on the brief) or need help wi the navigating the hotel.

“A very pleasant stay which met my needs”
+I came for Guilfest. Single room was good. I ate breakfast there which at £15 was quite expensive but was very good. Parking was provided at a cost.
−Only issue with single room was that it got very hot unless I opened front window which let in the traffic noise. However I was there during the heatwave of 30 degrees plus and suspect not an issue at other times.
