+My family and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the hotel staff. A special thank you to Sophia at front desk (reception) for her kindness and welcoming attitude. We were equally impressed by the lovely ladies in the breakfast restaurant, who were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They even remembered our preferences from our very first breakfast, which made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We will most certainly be back!
−Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool that day due to maintenance issues. We hope management can address this so future guests can enjoy this facility.

−PRICE FLACTUATIONS ARE NOT GOOD, SINCE A TRIP IS BUDGETED FOR, AND HUGE DIFFENCES IN CASH MAKE PEOPLE FEEL A BIT OUT OF PLACE.

“Formerly great but has gone downhill”
+We have stayed at Asmara for three consecutive years. The staff is great; many of them are now friends. The location is perfect for our volunteering activities and proximity to East Park Mall. The food in the restaurant is uniformly good.
−The facility has gone downhill - a lot. The internet barely works and constantly drops out (and it's such old technology that my devices keep warning me how insecure it is); the hot water keeps cutting out; and the air conditioning has failed several times. Meanwhile, the nightly price doubled from 2025 to 2026. Worse yet, we discovered that tips left on restaurant charges billed to the room are not shared with the staff (the hotel retains them). Not cool. This could be a fabulous hotel option if the ownership invested in upgrading and maintaining the facility. Until then, we are not likely to return.

“Long weekend”
+We got our request granted. The room was beautiful, spacious, and quiet, and breakfast options were quite good. We would definitely stay again.
−The room for two only had one set of bathroom amenities. They do provide extra when you ask, but I feel they should be there already, especially if they're expecting two guests.
+Property was nice and clean very good location
−The breakfast was not great. The bacon and sausages were too dry. The breakfast was a no for me. Everything else was fine
