“Very good hotel in great location”
+Great position for beech & town centre.
−The room was quite small.
“Very uncomfortable bed and hard to get any sleep”
+Pro:Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was OK
−CON: cheaped out on minor things. Only 1 bottle of water was complimentary and although there was coffee in the room only 1 pack was there. We stayed 3 days but Neither the water or coffee in the room were replenished. At breakfast you could get 1 coffee but a second one was charged for. I've never seen a 4 star hotel be so cheap on such minor items. The major issue is the bed being very hard and uncomfortable. The staff helpfully put a pad on the bed but I still had to sleep on top of pillows and it was very uncomfortable. Overall I would not come back and would not recommend.
+The hotel is very nice and comfortable, the location is good and the breakfast was great. The parking arrangement was convenient as well, 10 euros a day.

“Slechts 1 kop koffie tijdens het ontbijt. Harde bedden. Harde, dunne kussens.”
+Ligging is goed. Ontbijt is goed.
−Bij het ontbijt is slechts 1 kop koffie inbegrepen. Voor een tweede kop koffie moet je betalen. Dit stond nergens beschreven in de informatie tijdens het reserveren via Booking. De bedden liggen hard, de kussens zijn hard en dun.

−Payer son deuxième Cappucino au déjeuner ça je n’avais encore jamais vu dans un hôtel où le petit déjeuner est compris !

“Superb stay with a thoughtful staff - all outstanding.”
+The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I’ve experienced in my many years of travel. Hotel very clean. The staff was truly exceptional. When our train was canceled due to a nationwide strike, the thoughtful hotel manager Dario went out of his way to find a wonderful driver (from Cefalu to Milazzo) who could take us there within a few hours. Superb personal service.
