+I booked by seeing google rating after reach the property it's very worst on line book with out refundable simple went out and taken Bench mark hotel accomodation, at Vellore, So my information to Book .com on line user don't believe their advertisement, simply physically check and get a room Now India is popular in all side at least we get good accomodation,so please It's very bad experience

“Worst ever experience from Booking.com”

−The property is rated 8.4 I booked because of this rating. But the hotel is not even worth 2/10 rating. Dirty, smelly and bathrooms are dirty, room is dirty, bed is giving sound when sitting. There was a strange foul smell in the night and no soaps in the bathroom. Bathroom is unbearable. The Beer bottles and food waters from next rooms are just openly kept in the. Corridor. I checked out after staying for only 1 day , even though I booked for 2 days. I booked another nice hotel in vellore for the 2nd day.

+It was an amazing experience, the staff were all polite and the room we got could easily occupy 4 people and also the room was clean and tidy. It was a real value for money.
